How does this service work ?

You can book your service with us through our website or over the phone and select a convenient date, time-slot and the category of service you would prefer. We will send our pickup boy in the selected time-slot, process your clothes and return them within 72-96 hours of the pickup. Yes for the little busy people, we have Express laundry delivery service. This premium delivery services brings back your laundry within 24 hours from the time of pick up. The price is double.

No worries. We will contact you before we start to make sure you are at home. Only then we start and drop your laundry.

We care your laundry very well and make sure we return only clean laundry and nothing else. Our professional management team handles the to and fro of garments with flawless expertise. But in case you didn't find any of your garment in the return bag from Laundriz please call our customer care and keep the order id handy.

Firstly our expert laundry care team will handle your garments with care. They own specialized experience in garment laundry service. But unfortunately if you find any garment damaged, we will compensate to your loss appropriately. Sure. You can give different category clothes to the pickup boy. He would pack them in different bags and we would cart and wash them accordingly.

We cover all major localities in Mumbai. To specifically check if we serve in your locality, go to the home screen/homepage and type-in your locality pin code.

We use the best laundry detergents recommended by laundry experts to wash your clothes, rinse them with fabric softeners and dry them under low temperature in dryers to keep up the brightness of the linen.

We are operational from 8 AM to 10 PM. Our customer support lines are open from 10 AM to 6 PM.

We offer you flexibility. You can reschedule a pickup or delivery two hours prior to the originally selected time. In cases of last minute rescheduling, we will try our best to serve you as per your convenience.

We currenly accept payment online and cash on delivery. If you wish to pay online, the payment link is sent through SMS and email after invoice generation.

Though 'Dry Clean' is the better option, it should be noted that not all stains completely go off as removal of stain depends on the fabric as well as on the stain itself. Please highlight such stains to us at the time of pickup.

We recommend you check the pockets for valuables before sending the clothes for pickup. In case you leave any of you valuable items, reach out to us ASAP. We cannot guarantee but yes, we try our best to keep such valuables safely and we will go the extra mile to assist you in such cases.
